By using Mazdoor Hub India ("the platform"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. What This Platform Is

Mazdoor Hub India is a directory and search platform that helps workers list their services and helps employers find and contact them directly. We are not an employer, agency, or contractor, and we are not a party to any work arrangement, payment, or agreement made between a worker and an employer.

2. No Guarantee of Work Quality or Conduct

We do not verify the skills, background, or conduct of any worker or employer beyond mobile number verification via OTP. Any badge shown (Silver/Gold/Diamond) reflects platform-side categorization and is not a certification of skill or reliability. Users are responsible for verifying credentials and conducting their own due diligence before hiring or accepting work.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when registering a profile.
Do not upload photos or videos that are offensive, misleading, or that you do not have rights to use.
Do not use the "Call Now" feature to harass, spam, or mislead other users.
Any payment, work agreement, or dispute is strictly between the worker and the employer; the platform is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

4. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any profile, photo, or video that violates these terms, without prior notice, at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mazdoor Hub India is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from interactions, work performed, or payments made between users of this platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
